Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club
- 2008-2010: Implemented 1st ever U9 and U10 Academies in state of Kentucky and created
parent education program to increase interest and understand purpose.
- 2008-2010: Increased over all club numbers by 70 players (447 to 517) or 13.5%, Increased U9/U10 numbers by 48 players (66 to 114) or 42% in 2 years.
- 2008-2010: Added free programming for parents/players by adding 2 information sessions
(Becoming an Elite Athlete, Youth Development Seminar) and 15 SAQ sessions over 2 years
- 2009: Added email communication flow via Constant Contact for all parents/constituents of
MVSC to learn more about team successes, player stories within the club, various programs, etc

- 2008: Added 1st ever recreational training program and coaching education via group training with multiple recreational teams and travel trainers
